Online Registration is now open for the 2013 Frank McNamara Wednesday Night Cross Country Running Series! Frank McNamara Wednesday Night Cross Country Running Series Edmonton has more than 160 kilometres of maintained multi-use trails. Go for an adventurous run as Frank McNamara run's you through Edmonton's beautiful river valley on his popular Wednesday Night Spring Cross Country Running Series! Race Start: 6:00 PM Series Cost: $25 for entire Fall Series (1 race or all 5)

Frank McNamara Cross Country Series is timed using ChronoTrack timing chip, once you have been issued a Chip, you are responsible to bring and maintain your Timing Chip for the duration for the entire Series, any Chip lost/broken will be replaced at a flat fee of $5 cdn.
